Please be patient while we are developing our standard terms and conditions to post here for your information. We deal on normal commercial terms, provide outstanding service to our clients, and expect timely payment of our invoices.
We perform contract work based upon an agreed hourly or daily rate in New Zealand, with GST added. We will charge for all agreed incidental costs related to performing the work for and communicating with clients. We may request an initial payment on signing of a contract, and periodic payments while the work is in progress. We will invoice for those costs periodically as agreed and for all remaining costs at the end of the contract period.
For work performed outside New Zealand, we expect to negotiate a contract that includes an agreed daily rate, for work and travel days, plus travel and visa costs, accommodation and per diem allowances, and reimbursement of work related expenses, including internet and telecommunication costs. We expect to be able to submit invoices no less often than monthly and to be paid promptly.
